We want you to love your Plufl experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Package Your Plufl

  Carefully pack your items in the original box or a similar shipping container, ensuring the product is clean and free of pet hair.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
